One rate covers everything: the language model (Claude), speech-to-text (Deepgram), text-to-speech (Deepgram Aura-2), and telephony. No separate provider invoices, no hidden LLM token charges.
Can I try Magana for free?
Yes. You get 2 free credits and a free inbound Nigerian +234 number on signup — no card required. The free number alone is worth ₦22,000/month.
How does Magana's pricing compare to Vapi or Retell?
Their advertised per-minute rate covers their platform only. You then pay separately for the LLM, STT, and TTS providers. Magana's rate is all-in. At equivalent quality, Magana is typically 30–40% cheaper for Nigerian call volumes.
Are prices in Naira or Dollars?
Both. Nigerian businesses pay in NGN via Paystack. International teams pay in USD via Stripe. Pricing in USD is $0.14/min on Starter and scales down with volume.
Can I bring my own Twilio or telephony account?
On Enterprise plans, yes. We support BYOT (Bring Your Own Telephony) via SIP. For Starter through Scale, Magana manages the telephony infrastructure.
Does Magana support Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, and Pidgin?
Nigerian English and Pidgin are supported today with natural-sounding pronunciation. Hausa, Yoruba, and Igbo support is on the roadmap — sign up for early access.
