Magana AI

We're building the infrastructure for conversations that don't get missed

Magana AI exists because most businesses lose revenue to conversations nobody got to in time — a missed call, a slow follow-up, a question left unanswered. We built the infrastructure to fix that, starting with the hardest network conditions and toughest compliance landscape we could find, so it would work everywhere else too.

Why we built this

Most businesses lose revenue to a problem that's invisible on any dashboard: the call that rang out, the enquiry that sat too long, the follow-up nobody made. It doesn't show up as churn. It shows up as growth that should have happened and didn't.

We started by solving this in one of the toughest environments for it: low-bandwidth mobile networks, strict compliance requirements, and a market underserved by voice AI tools built for US broadband and American accents. If a voice agent can answer instantly on a 3G line and hold a real conversation in Nigerian English, it can do it anywhere.

That's still how we build. Dedicated local phone numbers, transparent per-minute pricing, and compliance handled as a default, not an afterthought — wherever a business operates.

The name "Magana" means "speech" or "conversation" in Hausa. That felt right.

Our values

Built for hard conditions first

We didn't take a product built for US broadband and adapt it later. We designed the architecture around the toughest network conditions and compliance landscape we could find — so it holds up wherever you run it.

Latency is a product decision, not a technical one

A slow response feels broken on a phone call. Everything in our stack, from media routing to persistent voice sessions, exists because we measure every stage of every turn and drive the response floor down release after release.

We eat our own cooking

Every feature we ship is one we've tested on real calls in the toughest network conditions we could find. We don't ship features we wouldn't use ourselves.

Transparent by default

Straightforward pricing in your currency, not hidden fees. Per-minute billing, not per-seat. Call transcripts you own. No black boxes.
