Everything you need to deploy voice AI in Africa

From number provisioning to post-call analytics — one platform, built for Nigerian and African business realities.

Conversational voice agents

Build AI agents that listen, understand context, and respond naturally in Nigerian English and Pidgin — no rigid IVR menus.

Sub-400ms response latency

Regionally hosted voice pipeline: Deepgram STT, Claude LLM, Deepgram Aura-2 TTS — all optimised for West African network conditions.

Nigerian +234 numbers

Buy, assign, and manage +234 numbers directly from your dashboard. Inbound calls route to your agents instantly.

Post-call AI analysis

Every call is analysed for sentiment, success, and actionable insights. Flag calls for review, track trends, improve over time.

Actions & integrations

Connect your CRM, payment provider, or any REST API. Your agents look up data, verify payments, and book appointments mid-call.

NDPR-compliant by default

Data residency in Nigeria, encrypted at rest and in transit. Built for the NCC and NDPR compliance requirements from day one.

The only voice AI platform tuned for African networks

Latency on African networks is a geography problem, not a model problem. We've co-located our STT, LLM, and TTS infrastructure as close to Lagos, Nairobi, and Accra as possible — so your callers on MTN or Glo get the same responsive experience as anyone on fibre in London.

  • Deepgram Nova-3 STT with Nigerian accent tuning
  • Claude Haiku 4.5 with prompt caching for fast LLM turns
  • Deepgram Aura-2 TTS, persistent per-call session
  • LiveKit media routing for low-latency browser calls

01

Describe your agent

Write a plain-English system prompt for what your agent should do — greet callers, collect details, check payment status, book appointments.

02

Connect your tools

Add webhook actions to pull live data from your CRM or payment API. Magana calls them mid-conversation and speaks the results back.

03

Assign a number & go live

Buy a +234 number or use your own. Your agent starts handling real calls immediately — with full transcripts and analytics from day one.

Common questions

Clear answers for teams comparing Magana with IVRs, call centres, and generic voice AI tools.

How is Magana different from a regular IVR?

Traditional IVRs force callers through rigid menus. Magana agents understand natural speech — callers say what they need in any order, the agent follows the conversation and takes action in real time.

What languages does Magana support?

Nigerian English and Pidgin are the primary targets. Hausa, Yoruba, and Igbo voice models are on the roadmap. Our STT is tuned for Nigerian accents out of the box.

Do I need a developer to set up an agent?

No. Creating an agent and assigning a phone number requires no code. Connecting to external APIs (CRM, payments) requires a developer for the webhook configuration.

Can I use my existing phone numbers?

Enterprise plan customers can port existing +234 numbers or connect via SIP trunk. All other plans provision a new number through Magana.
